DiGiCo D5 Live

Flightcased digital mixing console, seperate stage and local racks with 56 analogue inputs and 8 analogue ouptuts. Supplied with 150m opticore and MADI digital multicores. Both the worksurface and multicore racks have in-built dual power supplies to ensure failsafe operation.

The D5 Live has revolutionized what the industry thinks digital consoles can do and how they should do it. Divided into three mix sections, each section with its own bank of 8 faders, 6 individually assignable bank switches and touchscreen, flexability of working it greatly increased. The master section has 16 faders plus the master fader and two lots of selectable bank swiches for instant access to groups, auxes, matrix and control groups. It comes installed with Digico's digital effects card allowing up to 6 effects to be run per channel simultaniously. Effects include; dedicated reverb algorithms, flanging, phasing, double tracking, vocoder, delays, dynamics, compression and up to twelve assignable 28 band GEQ's. Each channel is complete with 6 bands of parametric eq, compressor/limiter, delay and noise gate. It has 56 analouge XLR inputs and 8 analouge XLR outputs, which can be individually assigned from the worksurface. The D5 boasts an easy to install/transport 150m optical multicore (Also supplied with with a MADI multicore). The desk can be remotely operated/programmed using a PC and scenes can be saved either on the internal memory or on a USB memory device.
